A really well informed and thought provoking presentation. If you want to know more about the environmental and financial impact of chocolate I would recommend this tasting.
The tasting itself was delicious, with a great variety of chocolate to try and the interactive nature of the tasting meant you could see how differently some chocolate tastes for other people. I was surprised that I really loved a couple of the chocolates which I never would have picked for myself.

I did this chocolate tasting online with my mum last week. It was very interesting and informative and the chocolate was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it very highly. Excellent experience. There is a saying that every day is a school day, I learned a lot about chocolate production during the tasting. It was informative and delivered with enthusiasm. It is unlikely I will be purchasing commercial chocolate from now.
