Marco Colzani is the maker behind Amaro. Marco has a strong food pedigree: his family has a pasticceria and for several years he worked as a winemaker. Slowly he found himself being drawn to the new wave of chocolate production.
This dark chocolate bar was crafted in Italy and is full of the typical flavours of cocoa beans from Sao Tome. This particular 78% is creamy in texture, with a flavour that’s tobacco smokey and foremost indulgent. The thin mould allows the chocolate to melt smoothly and release its full flavour quickly on the tongue.
