Chocolarder – Caramelised Blonde, Ghana, White 40% (20g)

This 40% white bar is Chocolarder’s mature take on a childhood favourite – the caramelisation of the Ghanaian cocoa gives rise to notes of biscuit, caramel, and sweet shortbread.  Truly Ghana Gold from the Asokwa Co-operative.

Pump Street – Togo, Swiss Milk 40% (20g)

This mini creamy milk chocolate bar honours the natural buttermilk chocolatey flavour of the Togolese beans, whilst offering gentle nutty notes and a maple sweetness.

Encuentro – Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania, Dark 70% (20g)

This 70% dark minibar from Encuentro is fruity and intense. Enjoy tasting notes of red berries, followed by a malty taste of biscuits.

Menakao – Orange & Cranberries, Dark 63% (75g)

This bright and juicy dark chocolate is given an even fruitier twist thanks to the addition of orange peel and cranberry. The sweet but tart dried fruit give the bar a fabulously festive flavour that reminds us of richly spiced mulled wine and satsumas.
