Another bar with great packaging. Beautiful colours and design. The flavour is really individual. The box describes it as a light roast, ‘delicately floral and caramelized.’ It does have a lightness that’s surprising for a 64%. I would say very floral and also peachy. Unusual. Hard not to finish the whole bar in one go.

This bar is very subtle. Very light flavor. No astringency. Lovely melt. Also, when you buy these bars, you support a collective in Ecuador and make sure the farmers that do so much for all of us behind the scenes are able to move forward caring for the precious cacao we all love.
