Duffy’s Venezuela Ocumare 72%
Following from the incredible success of Duffy’s award-winning Venezuela Ocumare dark milk, comes this dark bar from the same bean. The fine criollo beans are sourced from the Ocumare region of Venezuela, and produce a bar incredibly rich in flavour yet remarkably sweet for a dark chocolate.
Decadent notes of raisin dominate the bar. Hints of toasted tea cake and burnt caramel make it almost impossible to put down. The smooth texture is creamy with hints of silkiness that again are more typical of a milk bar. An indulgent and approachable bar that will appeal to those with milk or dark palates.
