This 70% dark chocolate takes you through a flavour journey from smokey and juicy berry notes to a sweeter, candied-shell chocolate finish. The texture of this Erithaj bar is on the slightly grainer side.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Inspired by his father’s passion and extensive network in the cacao and chocolate industry, Arnaud Stengel founded his own chocolate company in 2013 – Erithaj Chocolat – crafting chocolate from cacao beans grown by smallholder farmers in Vietnam, which are managed through his family-launched project – VietCacao.

THE BEANS

This 70% dark chocolate is crafted from cacao grown in the province of Ben Tre – in the district of Cho Lach. This is Erithaj’s very first cocoa single plantation bar, with a history to go along with it linked to the time of French missionaries in Vietnam.
