A white chocolate crafted in Denmark in small batches by master chocolate maker Mikkel Friis Holm. This bar marks a departure for Mikkel, who is so often know for his super smooth chocolate bars. The chocolate in this white chocolate bar is as smooth as ever, but with the includsion of cocoa nibs.

The bar has a richly chocolatey aroma, unusual in a white bar. We found this to be everything you could want in a white chocolate: sweet, with a buttery texture and creamy flavour. By adding nibs to the bar, the bar has a satisfying crunch.

About the maker

Mikkel Friis-Holm’s craft chocolate journey started with an ever-growing passion for fine chocolate. This eventually led him to Central America, where he immersed himself in a project that aimed to identify and evaluate DNA strands of Nicaraguan cocoa beans. He then pivoted from sourcing to making, and Friis Holm, the Danish craft chocolate maker, was born. Mikkel is still fascinated with genetics, and ensures he chooses the best varieties with the highest flavour potential.
