Fruition – 100% Dark

This chocolate from Fruition contains no sugar or sweeteners at all, so it’s not the kind of chocolate you can take a big bite out of!

As the name implies, it’s made from a blend of Peruvian and Dominican cocoa beans and nothing else.

Bryan Graham and his team at Fruition in Woodstock, NY source much of the cocoa for their bars from a small organic co-operative in Peru. Dealing directly gives the farmers a better price and Fruition more control over how the beans are treated. Let a small piece melt slowly and experience flavour notes of red berries and balsamic underneath the initial intensity.
