ABOUT THE MAKER

Luisa’s Vegan Chocolates are a Nottingham-based maker, founded by the eponymous Luisa; a former textiles teacher who discovered a passion for craft chocolate making. The small, female-led company produces a wonderful range of chocolate and is focused on sourcing beans from origins where they can support sustainable development. The company can boast having the UK’s only entirely plant-based chocolate shop.

 THE BEANS

These beans for this bar are sourced from family farms on the Northeast coast of Papua New Guinea. These farmers are on a mission to make a living for themselves, creating a better quality of life by invest in education, and doing it by producing great cacao.
