IT professionals Krzysztof Stypułkowski and Tomek Sienkiewicz quit their jobs and started Manufaktura Czekolady in 2009. With their bars they want to tell a ‘chocolate story’. The pair want to educate as well as excite their customers about the magic of craft chocolate making. This 70% dark chocolate’s flavour bears slight resemblance to pickled cucumbers. But do not let that put you off such a beautifully complex bar. Manufaktura Czekolady has fine-tuned the sourness of the Chuno Nicaraguan beans, and crafted a bar with an ever-changing array of dill, peppercorns, and all those wonderful herbs and spices.
