NearyNógs was founded in 2011 by the husband-and-wife team of Shane and Dorothy Neary. Situated in County Down at the base of the Mourne Mountains and overlooking the Irish Sea, NearyNógs is dedicated to bringing you delicious, ethically sourced chocolate flavoured with the finest local ingredients.

The beans

Thai Cacao Distribution is an entrepreneurial operation sourcing from a network of 40 growers in Chanthaburi in southern Thailand. Post-harvest processing is managed at family-run fermentation and drying stations, with the largest at Suriya Farm and Boom Farm. Read more about the beans here.
