Description
This is a dark chocolate made from Brazilian cocoa beans.
An aroma of molasses and blackberries opens the well-balanced bar. Roasted nuts with a hint of toast lead to buttery coffee. A touch citrus to finish.
Francois Pralus is a second generation patissier and chocolate maker based in Roanne. Taking over the company from his father Auguste he has pioneered the bean to bar range and even bought his own plantation in Madagascar.
