Sirene – Caramalised White Chocolate
Sirene is a small batch chocolate maker, crafting its chocolate in Victoria, British Colombia, Canada. Taylor Kennedy founded Sirene in 2013 after 18 years at the National Geographic Society. Kennedy was looking for a change in his life and was fuelled by a life-long obsession of wanting to know how life works. The long and particular process that goes into making chocolate became a captivating obsession for Kennedy.
About the bar
This bar first starts off as a simple white chocolate. Sirene then roasts the finished batch in the oven to caramelise everything giving it that dulce de leche sweetness.
