This deliciously smooth gianduja from The Chocolate Tree is made from fine Ecuadorian Arriba beans conched with ground hazelnuts for 72 hours for a smooth, soft texture and a delicious roasted flavour.

Gianduja is chocolate that has been ground and conched with hazelnuts. It’s a little like milk chocolate, with the ground hazelnut replacing the milk powder.
This gianduja from The Chocolate Tree has been conched for 72 hours for a wonderfully smooth texture. Unlike regular chocolate, gianduja is soft and doesn’t break with a clean snap, and this bar is no exception.
It has a biscuity, bready aroma and a lovely nutty flavour. It’s not too strong and not too sweet, and we think it will appeal to milk and dark chocolate lovers alike.
