Time…

The nights are shortening, it’s becoming darker earlier and earlier. The falling leaves are now making pond swimming more of a challenge. But this also means Christmas, and longer days, are coming closer; and we are now less than a week away from our Craft Chocolate Fair at Fidelio in Farringdon.

And we’ve more GOOD NEWS! Thanks to the magicians at the venue, Fidelio, we’ve found a way to seat a few more people at the tastings. So if you are on the waiting list for Tim Spector, James Hoffmann, Tim D’Offay, or Bronwen Percival, you should be in luck (if you are quick!). Plus we’ve persuaded Corney & Barrow to do wine and chocolate tastings on both days; and you can also try (and buy) their wines at the fair.

In addition, we’re hugely excited that Stephen (one half of the twins making up The Happy Pear) is coming to join us for a quick swim at the ponds and then a chat about the power of vegan chocolate. And if you want an example of his “craic”, please search “Happy Pear” for their podcast. I joined them on 18th October, which again involved lots of craft chocolate, vegan delights and wild swimming.

And if you are still hunting for advent calendars, we’ve managed to secure a few more Friis Holm and Zotter calendars.
