In this unique craft chocolate tasting experience, we’ll be exploring the very best of Brazilian chocolate.

Earlier this year, Cocoa Runners Co-Founder Spencer was lucky enough to travel to Brazil to visit a bunch of cacao farms, meet some incredible chocolate makers and help deliver a masterclass with Cocoa Latitudes. He came back full of stories, insight and, most importantly, craft chocolate.

Brazil is one of the few countries that both grows cacao and makes chocolate at scale. And right now, there’s some seriously exciting stuff coming out of it.

In this Brazilian cacao adventure, we’ll taste what Spencer tasted, get nerdy about cacao varieties, and share stories behind the bars and makers. We’ll be savouring incredible chocolate from Mestiço, Baiani and Luisa Abram (and more!).

We’ll also try some European bars made with Brazilian cacao and explore how perceptions of flavour can change across different makers and continents.

Join us for an evening full of flavour, fun and discovery!
