Please note: This is a partial list that we will continue to update as we hear more from our customers around the world. You can increase your chances of successful delivery by providing a shipping phone number at checkout.
Due to circumstances outside of our control, certain countries’ customs agencies are now levying charges against goods sold in the UK that come into their country. This is the result of new post-Brexit trade agreements. Unfortunately, there is no documentation we can include to prevent it.
We want to be as transparent with you, our international customers, as we can, so we have compiled a list of countries that we know to be sometimes – or always – charging customs fees and import duties. This is a partial list. We do not know the full picture, and we appreciate any help you can give us that would make this table more accurate.
