Erithaj – Lam Dong 48% Milk

Inspired by his father’s passion and extensive network in the cacao and chocolate industry, Arnaud Stengel founded his own chocolate company in 2013 – Erithaj Chocolat – crafting chocolate from cacao beans grown by smallholder farmers in Vietnam, which are managed through his family-launched project – VietCacao.

Tasting Notes

This 48% milk chocolate is foremost nutty and extremely chocolatey, reminiscent of the finest gianduja. The texture is thick and buttery, which allows for a smooth, long melt, allowing one to really savour the richness of the chocolate.
