Erithaj – Lam Dong 70% Dark Chocolate

Inspired by his father’s passion and extensive network in the cacao and chocolate industry, Arnaud Stengel founded his own chocolate company in 2013 – Erithaj Chocolat – crafting chocolate from cacao beans grown by smallholder farmers in Vietnam, which are managed through his family-launched project – VietCacao.

Tasting Notes

This 70% dark chocolate takes you through a flavour journey from smokey and juicy berry notes to a sweeter, candied-shell chocolate finish. The texture of Erithaj chocolate is buttery in texture and mouthfeel, and the flavour is sophisticated, something very classically French in chocolate making.
