Franceschi is a Venezuelan chocolate maker, crafting a unique collection of Fine and Extra Fine Chocolates made with selections of Venezuelan Criollo and Trinitario cacao. These fine flavour beans have a multitude of aromas, textures and flavours of Venezuelan lands.

This Choroni dark chocolate has been crafted from cacao of the Choroni Valley, State of Argua. The Criollo cacao type is from the Ocumare strain, a pure strain that Franceschi crafts into its Ocumare 70% chocolate bar. This cacao had been transplanted by Franceshi to its own plantation located in the Paria Peninsula in Venezuela. It is the largest agricultural cacao development in Venezuela.

Tasting Notes
This dark chocolate expresses notes of tobacco and tropical papaya, with a honey sweetness and woody undertones. The chocolate melts smoothly and yields a long lasting finish.
