ABOUT THE BAR
As with all luisa Abram’s chocolate, the cocoa for this bar is grown wild in the region of the Purus river, in the Brazilian Amazon. This milk chocolate, produced using jersey cow milk powder has a smooth mouthfeel and it’s incredibly creamy!
ABOUT THE MAKER
This bar is from our first Brazilian maker, Luisa Abram. Luisa and her family use wild cacao sourced from small cooperatives in the upper basin of the Amazon. To the beans they add nothing but a little organic sugar, giving the true flavour of Amazonian cacao.
