This dark chocolate bar is full of citrus notes and an edge of roasted nuts, astringent throughout.
The beans to produce this bar were sourced from Kokoa Kamili, in the heart of Tanzania. This fermentory sources from over 3,400 local smallholders, paying 24% above average price for the beans.
