ABOUT THE BAR
This creamy and smooth 40% milk bar uses Oriel smoked sea salt, which is smoked in Port Oriel, Ireland. Oriel take their kiln dried mineral sea salt and 90 year old Nicaraguan oak kegs to create this incredible powerhouse of flavour. To make this bar as smoky as possible, Oriel specially smoke their salt for longer periods of time.
ABOUT THE MAKER
In 2013, sisters Karen and Natalie Keane attended a course run by the well-known French chocolatier, Benoit Lorge in Kenmare, Ireland. Little did they know, this course would prove the catalyst to transform them into premium chocolate makers. Now based in the Wexford countryside of Ireland, Karen and Natalie strive to create thoughtfully-made chocolate and source sustainable raw ingredients, many of which originate from Ireland itself.
