This delectable dark 42% bar combines Achill Island Sea Salt, pure Irish sea salt harvest from the wild Atlantic waters of Achill Island, and Connemara Seaweed. The result; a smooth dark chocolate bar which packs a bold umami punch.
ABOUT THE MAKERS
In 2013, sisters Karen and Natalie Keane attended a course run by the well-known French chocolatier, Benoit Lorge in Kenmare, Ireland. Little did they know, this course would prove the catalyst to transform them into premium chocolate makers. Now based in the Wexford countryside of Ireland, Karen and Natalie strive to create thoughtfully-made chocolate and source sustainable raw ingredients, many of which originate from Ireland itself.
