    Chocolarder’s Wild Gorse Flower is a sweet milk chocolate infused with Cornish gorse flowers. The bar uses Nicaraguan Chuno cacao beans, which lends a richness to the bar.

    Gorse grows wild across many parts of the British Isles, including the coast of Cornwall. The flowers are handpicked along the coast. Then they are left in cocoa butter for several weeks in order to infuse the cocoa butter with the flower’s unmistakable bouquet.

    Tasting Notes

    The Chuno milk has a profile full of nutty caramel and malted hints. On  unusual inclusion gives mutedly heathery floral notes, and unmistakable aroma of coconut.  The not quite smooth chocolate has an almost fudge-like texture, melting quickly on the tongue. This creation is a rich but palatable summery bar that is difficult to resist.
