  • In the heart of CDMX, Mexico City, Ana Rita García Lascurain runs the Mucho Chocolate Museum, alongside her craft chocolate factory. With her connections with cacao farmers across the country, she has access to an incredible range of cocoa. When we saw her in Bordeaux in May 2026, we convinced her to part with a selection of bars from her range, to bring a very limited selection back for you.

We’ve created 15 three-bar selections. All are 70% dark bars with just two ingredients, and all are made by Mucho. The only difference, which you’ll taste in every bar, is the farm which grew the cocoa. Some of these bars we’ve featured before, but none of these harvets – and most of them are a one-off find which we won’t be stocking again.

    How it works:

    1. Order a three-bar selection box
    2. We’ll select three different bars made with Mexican cacao
    3. Find out exactly which bars we’ve chosen for you when it arrives – taste your bars together and discover the flavours of Mexico.

Please note, this box is only available for delivery in the UK.

    About Mucho

Mexican Architect Ana started Mucho with a clear goal: to promote Mexican cacao and its rich history to her fellow countrymen (and women) and to the rest of the world.

Ana’s first step towards this goal was to found the MUCHO-Chocolate Museum. The museum is located in Mexico City and educates visitors about chocolate, its history, how it’s made and its cultural significance. It was opened in 2012 and is a “Must See” for any chocolate lover or indeed any visitor to Mexico City. If you go, you must try their own traditional spiced drinking chocolate.

One thing led to another and, in mid 2015, Ana then started Mucho Chocolate as a way to further educated and immerse people in the world of Mexican cacao. Using he knowledge and the museum’s network, she is working with farmers across different regions of Mexico to produce fine chocolate with a uniquely Mexican flavour.
