This Colombian dark bar is packed with flavour. Against a backdrop of sweet caramel and hazelnut, expressive highs of liquorice and warm cinnamon take to the stage in an act reminiscent of Belgian speculoo biscuits. A smooth melt is accompanied by final hints of spiced cloves. A delicious take on some unusual flavours.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Tibitó was founded to celebrate the astonishing variety of flavours and aromas in Colombian cacao. The beans for each bar are sourced from a different province of Colombia, then hand-crafted at their central factory in Bogotá. This bar is made from beans grown in Chocó, a northern province that shares a coastline with both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and is famous for tropical beaches, dense rainforests, and extraordinary biodiversity.
