A collection of mini eggs from wonderful craft chocolate makers, Zotter. This set includes a host of inclusion chocolate eggs – from macadamia to hemp:
- Peanut chocolate egg: milk chocolate egg packed with a delicate peanut mousse, drizzled in dark chocolate with 70% cacao power and wrapped in red foil.
- Hemp chocolate egg: dark chocolate egg filled with earthy hemp mousse, topped with a white rice couverture augmented with Matcha green tea and wrapped in green foil.
- Macadamia chocolate egg: milk chocolate egg filled with a soft macadamia praline, dipped in milk chocolate and wrapped in orange foil.
- Caramel chocolate egg: a milk chocolate egg filled with creamy caramel, coated in a sweet caramel couverture and wrapped in gold foil.
- Brazil nut chocolate egg: a white chocolate egg filled with Brazil nut paste, covered in a bright yellow passion fruit couverture and wrapped in blue foil.
- Sesame chocolate egg:Â a white chocolate egg filled with sesame mousse, covered in sweet white chocolate and wrapped in pink foil.

ABOUT THE MAKER
Based in Austria, Josef Zotter is one of the long-established heroes of the craft chocolate movement. He has been producing chocolate since 1992, became famous for his wacky flavour combinations (scarlet runner bean and coriander pastry, anyone?), and was one of the earliest to produce 100% Organic and Fairtrade products.

I’ve had a couple of eggs and they do taste great but they are tiny, much smaller than I expected for the price as there was no weight given on the description. They have now added the weight so you know what you’re getting.
