About the maker

Founded by sisters Olena and Oleksandra, Sisters A Chocolate is a Ukrainian bean-to-bar chocolate maker committed to creating chocolate that is honest, minimal, and crafted with care. What began in their Lutsk home kitchen in 2018 has grown into a team of seven women, producing chocolate rooted in a philosophy of respect for nature, farmers, and manual labour.

The cacao used in this bar is from Antioquia, Colombia, a region known for producing cacao with a rounded, nutty character and gentle fruity acidity.
