One of my favourite bars ever. It's quite sweet but tempered by the salt of the cheese. The cheese also adds a subtle crunch that elevates this bar beyond the expected (provided you like inclusions, which I very much do). If your preferred bar is totally smooth and dark, this one isn't for you -- but if you like some sweetness and some texture, you can't go wrong here.

If you love salted caramel, or those desserts with a touch of miso, you will love this.
As it melts the salty cheesy crystals become rough on your tongue, but in an interesting way. I’m looking forward to having some later with a glass of sherry!

Cor this is lovely! The chocolate is smooth and creamy and then you get the fudgey, slightly salty cheese notes. Love it.
