    Fjak crafts its small batch chocolate in the depths of Hardangerfjord in Norway. Making chocolate since 2015, it was only late 2017 that Agur and Siv officially launched Fjak. Those two years acted as the experimental stage, where Agur and Siv endeavoured on the pursuit of crafting great chocolate – from ethics to flavour – with the vision of making production scalable from the get go.

    An intriguing flavour combination, but it works. This brown cheese milk chocolate launched in 2019 and right away was recognised and awarded for its flavour and creativity.

    About the Beans

    This bar is crafted from cocoa beans from PISA, Haiti. PISA is the only company purchasing and centrally fermenting wet cacao. Farmers now earn approximately four-times as much money as they did before PISA, and are simultaneously incentivised to protect their cocoa trees from the environmentally degrading charcoal market.

      Cor this is lovely! The chocolate is smooth and creamy and then you get the fudgey, slightly salty cheese notes. Love it.
