This lemon-infused white bar from Heinde & Verre is creamy and citrusy. Heinde & Verre have used hearty Dutch cow milk to accentuate the cocoa butter, giving the bar a deeper flavour. As a finishing touch, Heinde & Verre have added real quality vanilla from Madagascar.

About the maker

Dutch business partners, Heinde & Verre are the Netherlands’ latest excellent craft chocolate makers, developing incredible bars with unique recipes. Established in 2019, they have been growing rapidly expanding their bar catalogue, inventing new recipes and sourcing more wonderful cacao.

The beans

The cocoa butter used for this white bar is sourced from Franklin Figueredo’s plantation, located in the Miranda State of Venezuela. Together with his family he grows a Trinitario cacao variety in a agroforesrty system where he supports the bio diversity of the area.
