This Colombian dark chocolate overflows with bright juicy fruits that burst on the tongue. The hints of sweet caramel and hazelnut typical of Arauca beans are accentuated by pleasing licks of citrusy lemon and ripe orange, and a delicate nutty finish.

About the maker

Tibitó was founded to celebrate the astonishing variety of flavours and aromas in Colombian cacao. The beans for each bar are sourced from a different province of Colombia, then hand-crafted at their central factory in Bogotá. This bar is made from beans grown in Arauca, an eastern province on the border with Venezuela famous for its wide-open grasslands that rise suddenly into the Colombian Andes. The varied terrain hosts an incredibly diverse ecosystem and produces cocoa with beautifully sweet notes of caramel and hazelnut.
