ABOUT THE MAKER
Tibitó was founded to celebrate the astonishing variety of flavours and aromas in Colombian cacao. The beans for each bar are sourced from a different province of Colombia, then hand-crafted at their central factory in Bogotá. This bar is made from beans grown in Arauca, an eastern province on the border with Venezuela famous for its wide-open grasslands that rise suddenly into the Colombian Andes. The varied terrain hosts an incredibly diverse ecosystem and produces cocoa with beautifully sweet notes of caramel and hazelnut.
