Consistently one of our most popular bars, you can’t go wrong with this creamy milk chocolate from celebrated chocolate maker Original Beans. With notes of caramel and hazelnut, and a touch of sea salt added to complement the silky sweetness.

We use this bar for almost all of our virtual and in-person tastings – it’s one of the most classic milk craft chocolates on the market!

Menakao – Milk Chocolate 45%

Another one of our well-established milk chocolate bars, which we’ve been selling since 2013! Prepare to be amazed… as it melts, the rich, chocolatey flavour comes alive with a burst of red fruit and citrus notes. That fruity edge is typical of cocoa from the island of Madagascar, but it’s unusual to find it in a milk chocolate. Meanwhile, vanilla and butter notes evoke a sweetness of caramel. This is truly an original milk bar.

Standout Chocolate - PISA, Haiti Dark Milk 60% (ACA Milk Winner 2021)

This 60% dark milk chocolate has a smooth melting texture. It’s fudgy with a toasty and malted flavour. It’s an incredibly interesting milk chocolate bar, with little bitterness and lots of creaminess. Why not compare and contrast with Standout’s 60% Dark Milk Madagascar?

“Oh la vache!” this is good chocolate. Qantu’s first foray into milk chocolate has bagged them a Best in Competition Award at the 2020-21 International Chocolate Awards World Finals. An aroma of dates and plums is joined by caramel, raisins and honey on the tongue, with a finish that keeps going and going.

Duffy's - Corazon Del Ecuador, Milk 43% with Nibs and Oak Smoked Sea Salt

This bar is made with a 43% Ecuadorian milk chocolate, flavoured with cocoa nibs and a touch of smoked sea salt. The nibs add a satisfying crunch to the chocolate, while the salt helps lift the flavour of this irresistible bar.

This bar achieved a Bronze at the Academy of Chocolate Award in 2011, 2013 and 2017.

Friis Holm - Nicaragua, Dark Milk 55% (ICA Gold Winner 2023)

This rich, chocolatey dark milk has a silky smooth and creamy texture. It melts on your tongue releasing fantastic light, spicy notes. A really enjoyable treat to pick you up after (or during) the work day. Alternately try it as a great dessert alternative for your dinner party.

Qantu- Oh La Vache! 60% Dark Milk (ICA Micro-Batch Winner 2020-21)

Chocolarder - Wild Gorse Flower, Milk 50%

This milk bar has a profile full of nutty caramel and malted hints. An unusual inclusion gives mutedly heathery floral notes, and unmistakable aroma of coconut.  The not quite smooth chocolate has an almost fudge-like texture, melting quickly on the tongue. This creation is a rich but palatable summery bar that is difficult to resist.

Fjak - Bejofo Estate, Madagascar, Dark Milk 50%

Fjak’s 50% Madagascan dark milk is especially creamy. It offers the typical Madagascan fruitiness from the Bejofo Estate cacao, as well as a mineral-richness which I think elevates the complexity of the cocoa beautifully.

Pump Street Chocolate – Madagascar, Milk 58%

The notes of caramel and treacle are particularly prevalent in this bar, and as they round off in zesty finish, the natural creaminess of the whole milk chocolate is brought out. The contrasting flavours work wonderfully on the palette.
