This smooth and creamy white chocolate has been crafted from non-deodorised Dominican Republic cocoa butter, giving the bar rich chocolatey flavour notes. Real pieces of raspberries have been conched into the bar, bringing a bright flavour of fresh berries and a vibrant fuschia colouring.
Also mixed into the bar is an infusion of Bulgarian rose oil, which gives the chocolate an intense aroma reminiscent of a bouquet of fresh flowers. 1,000kg of fresh rose petals makes less than 300g of rose oil – making this bar a real luxury.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Georgia Ramon was founded in 2015 by renowned pâtissier Georg Bernadini and his partner, Ramona Gustmann, to be a craft chocolate maker, shop, and café dedicated to producing the highest-quality handmade chocolate. Georg began his career as an apprentice confectioner in 1984, before going on to work as head pâtissier at the Michelin-starred Les Jardins de l’Opéra in Toulouse. Based in Siegburg, near Bonn, Georg has also used his extensive experience to write Chocolate – The Reference Standard, a comprehensive 920-page overview of the world of artisan chocolate makers.
This bar achieved a Gold at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2017.

Wow! Such a unique flavour – delicate yet lasting. The raspberry gives a little touch of sharp contrast to the gentle rose flavour. It’s a beautiful colour, nice and smooth, and one I’ll be buying for my Mum who loves Turkisk Delight!

This was the most amazing white chocolate I have ever eaten – the flavours compliment each other so well and the balance of each one is magical. If you like white, like rose (think supreme turkish delight) and love tangy raspberry, then this is one you will LOVE! sensational.
