This coconut milk bar is light brown with sweet and fruity acidity and a touch of nuts; it has a low astringency and bitterness with a creamy texture.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Iris and Bob began experimenting with chocolate in 2008, after feeling distinctly underwhelmed by their search for vegan white chocolate. Now they’ve developed a wide range of white, milk, and dark bars, all of them vegan, and all of them created out of their beautiful off-the-grid 1650s cottage in Dorset, UK.
THE BEANS
The beans for this bar come from a small community called Cesar Vallejo de Palo Blanco, in Chulucanas, Piura. The Gran Palo Blanco is very special and recognised for its delicate flavours, aromas and fragrances.
