This bar has a beautifully complex profile, sitting delicately between milk and dark chocolate. The flavor is smooth and rounded, with a pleasant honeyed sweetness—almost reminiscent of linden blossom .The finely crushed hazelnuts are subtle, not overpowering, but they add a gentle crunch that enhances the texture without distracting from the chocolate itself. I do have another bar that I usually consider my favorite, yet surprisingly, this is the one I reached for as my dessert today—which says a lot.

The bar has more of a darkmilk flavour to it, but at the same time lacked complexity. It was quite…boring, forgettable. It’s not the kind of bar I’d come back and buy again. The hazelnut pieces are in abundance and give a nice crunch, but you don’t taste their flavour as the darkmilk taste is overbearing.
