Forever Cacao

Pablo Spaull has a passion for raw chocolate, but it’s something he fell into by accident after discovering it at a friend’s birthday party. After a lot of research, practice and some help from industry experts, Forever Cacao – and their wonderful signature bar – were born.

Pablo uses criollo cocoa beans from the Satipo region of Peru and coconut palm sugar to make his chocolate. It’s both raw and organic, and we were so impressed with it that we just had to have it in our Chocolate Library.
